Day-by-Day Itinerary

Each day is thoughtfully curated to balance exploration, relaxation, and discovery. Port days feature optional shore excursions; sea days invite you to enjoy world-class onboard amenities.

Day 1 — Embarkation in Seattle

Embarkation Day
Morning

Arrive at Seattle's cruise terminal. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the historic Pike Place Market or visit the iconic Space Needle before heading to the port.

Afternoon

Board the ship and settle into your luxury stateroom. Explore the ship's amenities — swimming pools, spa facilities, fitness center, and panoramic lounges.

Evening

Attend the welcome reception and captain's address. Enjoy your first premium dinner aboard as the ship sets sail through Puget Sound, with the Seattle skyline glowing in the distance.

🎉 Don't Miss: The sail-away party on the upper deck — a festive start with live music and sweeping views of the Olympic Mountains.

Day 2 — At Sea (Inside Passage Cruising)

Sea Day
Morning

Wake up to the serene beauty of the Inside Passage. Enjoy a gourmet breakfast, then attend a naturalist-led presentation on Alaska's marine ecosystems and wildlife.

Afternoon

Relax at the spa with glacier-inspired treatments, take a dip in the heated pool, or browse the onboard shops. Keep your eyes peeled for humpback whales and orcas from the observation deck.

Evening

Dress up for the first formal night featuring a multi-course tasting menu. After dinner, enjoy live jazz or try your luck at the onboard casino.

🐋 Wildlife Alert: The Inside Passage is one of the world's premier whale-watching corridors — binoculars recommended on deck.

Day 3 — Juneau, Alaska's Capital

Port Day
Morning

Arrive in Juneau, nestled between towering mountains and the Gastineau Channel. Choose a shore excursion: helicopter ride to a glacier for a dogsled adventure, or a guided rainforest hike to stunning viewpoints.

Afternoon

Visit the awe-inspiring Mendenhall Glacier and its visitor center. Explore Juneau's charming downtown — local galleries, the Alaska State Museum, and shops offering handcrafted Native art.

Evening

Return to the ship for an Alaskan seafood-themed dinner featuring freshly caught king crab and wild salmon. Watch Juneau's lights fade as you sail north.

⛰️ Shore Excursion Spotlight: Helicopter glacier trek with dogsledding — an once-in-a-lifetime experience above the Juneau Icefield.

Day 4 — Skagway & the Gold Rush Trail

Port Day
Morning

Dock in Skagway, gateway to the Klondike Gold Rush. Board the historic White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad for a breathtaking journey through mountain passes, tunnels, and trestle bridges.

Afternoon

Explore Skagway's restored boardwalk-era downtown on Broadway Street. Visit the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park and learn about the legendary 1898 stampede.

Evening

Back aboard, enjoy cocktails at the panoramic lounge while reflecting on the day's adventures. A themed Gold Rush trivia night rounds out the evening.

🚂 Must-Do: The White Pass Railroad scenic excursion climbs nearly 3,000 feet in just 20 miles — jaw-dropping views guaranteed.

Day 5 — Glacier Bay National Park

Scenic Cruising
Morning

Enter the pristine waters of Glacier Bay National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A National Park Service ranger boards the ship to provide expert commentary as you cruise past towering tidewater glaciers.

Afternoon

Witness the dramatic spectacle of Margerie Glacier calving massive chunks of ice into the bay. Watch for mountain goats on cliff faces, brown bears along the shoreline, and sea otters floating in the icy waters.

Evening

Reflect on an unforgettable day with a special glacier-view dinner. Afterward, attend a documentary screening about Glacier Bay's geological history and conservation efforts.

🏔️ Highlight of the Voyage: Glacier Bay is the crown jewel of any Alaska cruise — a vast wilderness of ice, mountains, and incredible wildlife.

Day 6 — Ketchikan, the Salmon Capital

Port Day
Morning

Arrive in Ketchikan, known as Alaska's "First City." Explore the world-famous Totem Heritage Center and stroll through the colorful Creek Street — a historic boardwalk built on stilts over Ketchikan Creek.

Afternoon

Choose your adventure: a floatplane excursion over Misty Fjords National Monument, a guided kayaking tour through rainforest-lined coves, or a salmon hatchery visit to witness the incredible salmon run.

Evening

Savor a farewell-to-Alaska dinner featuring local Dungeness crab and halibut. Enjoy a lively cultural show celebrating Alaska's Native Tlingit traditions with traditional dance and storytelling.

🎣 Local Flavor: Ketchikan receives over 150 inches of rain annually — it's the reason the surrounding Tongass National Forest is so spectacularly lush.

Day 7 — At Sea (Southbound Cruising)

Sea Day
Morning

Sleep in and enjoy a late brunch at the specialty restaurant. Attend a photography workshop on capturing stunning landscape and wildlife images from your Alaska adventure.

Afternoon

Indulge in a full spa afternoon — hot stone massage, hydrotherapy pool, and thermal suite. Alternatively, join a wine-tasting masterclass or catch a movie in the onboard cinema.

Evening

Enjoy the captain's farewell gala dinner — an elegant multi-course affair. Cap the night with a Broadway-style show in the main theater followed by stargazing from the top deck.

🌌 Evening Magic: Northern waters offer remarkably clear skies — on late-season sailings, you may even catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights.

Day 8 — Disembarkation in Seattle

Disembarkation Day
Morning

Enjoy a final breakfast aboard as the ship glides back into Seattle's port. Complete disembarkation procedures and collect your luggage.

Afternoon

Depart at your leisure. Consider extending your stay in Seattle — explore the Museum of Pop Culture, Chihuly Garden and Glass, or enjoy a farewell meal at the waterfront.

✈️ Departure Tip: Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is approximately 30 minutes from the cruise terminal. We recommend booking flights departing after 1:00 PM.
